Wine & our Senses

It's not uncommon to go on holiday, bring wine back to be surprised how it hasn't tasted *quite* the same. We're going delve into this phenomenon tonight and see how our senses (and/or lack of) can be influence and even tricked into altering taste and texture of wines. (Don't worry, we're still going to the wines in-of themselves too!)
