The Beer
Thornbridge Brewery has developed an enviable reputation for crafting top quality, eminently quaffable ales since 2005. They’re one of the stars of the UK’s blossoming craft ale scene, and like all the best authentic brewers, Thornbridge was started by a bunch of real ale enthusiasts, working out of a shed. They’ve grown since then, setting up a new, purpose built brewery and bottling line in Bakewell. They’ve kept the original brewery where they develop more traditional styles of beer, while the Riverside Brewery in Bakewell is all about innovation through technology. To craft AM:PM, the team use a blend of four hop and three malt varieties that deliver a mix of citrusy, tropical aromas while keeping a deliciously satisfying, malty core.
