Our Buyer leapt at the chance of reserving this premium red. All Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are from premium Langhorne Creek. This South Australia region is suprisingly little known, yet enjoys a cooler climate thanks to ocean breezes and lakes nearby - ideal for producing great grapes and fine wine. Already three years old, this red is drinking beautifully now and over the next few years. Full flavoured, yet restrained, with excellent structure and length, this red will measure up well next to roast lamb or beef. Try at your next bbq too.
