Aimery Crémant de Limoux Brut NV
Made with Champagne’s time-consuming méthode traditionnelle, this vintage Crémant is deliciously fresh and creamy with citrusy, floral notes and a touch of yeasty complexity. In short, it’s a very attractive fizz if you’re looking beyond Champagne.

The Wine
If you love Champagne but think it’s a little pricey, then Crémant is a very smart alternative. It's made the same way as Champagne, but doesn't have the premium price tag. This light gold vintage bubbly is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir from low-yielding vines. The wine is made using the méthode traditionnelle and is left to age for 18 months on its lees in bottle. With the majority of the blend Chardonnay, it has good ageing potential. Or uncork a bottle now for an elegant aperitif.
