Italy’s No.1 sparkler can only be produced within a small, specified region. However, the Solís brothers have no such restrictions in Spain, and so sent a team to Italy to learn the secrets of capturing Prosecco’s trademark soft, rounded fruit. Prosecco’s Glera grape couldn’t cope with the hot Spanish sun, so the team used a blend of crisp Airén and delicate fruit Viura to craft this great value fizz.
