The Botter family, a leading Italian winemaking clan, have masterfully crafted this fun pink, which was highly acclaimed by the critics and took home a Gold medal. Keeping to the rules, Glera remains the main protagonist of this Italian classic, while a touch of Pinot Nero adds that desired pink hue. Sourcing their grapes from sustainably farmed vineyards in Italy’s top white wine regions, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, this pink fizz is fresh with notes of peach, apple, and lemon.
