This terrific rosé is a tribute to Darren Heidenreich of Possum Creek Vineyards in Angaston in the Barossa Valley. When it came to finding the best Shiraz, it was him they reached out to. The grapes all come from a single vineyard, crushed and left on their skins a short time to pick up a gentle pink hue.
