Soft, smooth and oozing rich summer berry fruit, this spectacular Pinot Noir will appeal not just to Pinot Noir fans but also to those who prefer a more full-bodied red. More Central Otago than the Côte d’Or, it’s from selected sites across New South Wales, carefully chosen by winemaker Emma Norbiato. She learnt from the master himself, former Yarrunga winemaker Mr Medals Sam Trimboli. Emma is an award winner herself and knows the key is to think about customers enjoying their wine before she even picks a grape. South Australian Pinots are in great demand and Yarrunga Field gives you a great value alternative to the pricy wines of the Yarra Valley. It’s moreish solo and great with sweet-glazed ribs or hoisin crispy duck pancakes.
