Andrew ‘Big Mac’ McPherson grew up in the world of wine. Tutored by his father (himself a pioneer winemaker in the Hunter Valley), Andrew went on to set up wineries at home and abroad, working for some top names in Australia along the way. For years he and his team have crafted some of our customers' best loved wines; all at great value prices. Last year, Andrew officially handed over winemaking to the super talented Jo Nash. And she impressed from the first! Jo created this exotic, creamy 2019 specially for us using two top class Rhône varieties. It delivers crisp stony freshness balanced by ripe peach with a dash of spice, all in the spirit of Aquarius, like the label! Chill and serve solo or with creamy white meat or vegetarian dishes.
