Rebellion 24 Carat Ale 500ml NV

Buckinghamshire

Named after its golden colour, the Gold medal winning 24 Carat is Rebellion Brewery’s take on an American style Pale. As you'd expect, it has a malty base and big hoppy freshness, while delivering an intense, tropical aroma and a bitter finish.

The story of the Rebellion Brewery starts with two friends, Tim Coombes and Mark Gloyens. They attended school together in Marlow at a time when the sweet malt aromas from the local Wethered Brewery were a constant reminder that Marlow was an active brewing town. When the brewery closed its doors in 1987, Tim and Mark set out on a mission to revive Marlow's brewing tradition. And so Rebellion was born. Since then they have gone from strength to strength and their beers have a loyal following from local pubs and customers alike. Their 24 Carat delivers bright hoppy character with a good bitter kick, balanced beautifully with the sweetness of the malts. A lovely balance of tradition and modern hoppy style in this contemporary American Pale.

"The mix of New World hops and homegrown malted barley give 24 Carat a great bittersweet kick" Kirsten Willis
