We've long known Adam Mason – he was one of our very talented Flying Winemakers 20+ years back. Since then he’s led a stellar trail, including time at the renowned Klein Constantia estate. We're delighted to be working with him again with this refreshing, crisp white. He sourced all the grapes from within South Africa's premium coastal vineyards, some of them just 10km from the sea. These ocean cooled sites ripen the grapes to perfection, whilst still retaining lots of dazzling, zesty freshness. A short time on its lees ensures the wine has a roundness to complement the bright citrus notes. Inspired by Long Bay beach in beautiful Hermanus (and the whales that sport there), the wine is brimful of grassy, ripe tropical fruit. Very refreshing.

"This ultra-fresh South African Sauvignon Blanc from the talented Adam Mason really hits the spot!" Becca Reeves
