Founded in 1953 to pool the resources of a small group of Normandy's apple growers, this ciderhouse today continues the tradition of producing delicious, award-winning ciders. It specialises in promoting exclusively native apple varieties, all grown within a 100km radius. Only the pure juice, never concentrate, is used in the process, which is kept as natural as possible, to gather all the lovely flavour and balance of, in this case, the Kermerrien, Marie Ménard and Judor apples. Fermentation adds a gentle sparkle to the wine and, in this case, zero alcohol. No need anymore to feel you are missing out. Enjoy this tasty, tangy cider well chilled, on its own or with all sorts of food. From ploughman's lunch to fish pie or pork casserole.
