This is the latest edition to our Cleanskin range – top-notch wines from an outstanding source, at great deal prices. This is one from the prized red soils of Coonawarra, a region best known for its magnificent Cabernets. However, its cooler climate also lends itself to making top-class, mineral-fresh whites, like this impressive Chardonnay. Our Buyer Dan was bowled over by this white on his first taste. There's not a dot of oak - all super fresh and citrusy, backed up by creamy peach flavour. The ideal balance and easily served with its handy screwcap lid. A white to enjoy chilled, on its own, but equally it's a star with seafood, marinaded chicken kebabs or a roasted aubergine, basil and tofu noodle dish. Very versatile and irresistible.
