We do the delivering but you still have the wheel. Swap wines, delay your delivery … or cancel at any time. You’re 100% in charge.

Our most popular plan is Season's which is currently £107.88 plus £7.99 delivery. Prices range from £80 up to £180. The cost will be confirmed
prior to delivery.
We’ll guarantee you a minimum 10% discount on the individual bottle prices that make up your case. The discount is often more and will apply to
any wines you choose to put into your wine plan case.
You’ll start on a case every 12 weeks but can have it less often. How frequent is entirely up to you – you can manage your delivery date online or
by calling 03300 242 855.
Yes, you will be advised shortly before your case is due for delivery.
You can swap wines online in the Wine Plans section of My Account or by calling 03300 242 855. You can change
individual wines, add more, even change your wine plan if you like, as a one off or ongoing.
Tell us what you don’t like by updating your Wine Preferences within My Account online or call 03300 242 855. We’ll
then make sure these are not included in your future case.
We’ll use the same card you purchased your first case with. This will be charged shortly before despatch.
No, but you can delay, change or cancel at any time.
If you decide a wine plan is not for you, you can cancel any time by calling 03300 242 855.
All we ask is that you try the wines in your introductory case before you decide if wine plans are for you? Otherwise you can cancel any time.
We’ll leave the wine in a safe place and put a card through your door.
Yes, online or over the phone, at a small extra charge, or free if you are a member of Unlimited or Save & Spend.
No problem. You need only give us a call and we’ll arrange for it to be picked up at your convenience.
Educational and informative tasting notes are included in your case and we will also be making them available online very soon. If you wish to opt
out of printed notes you can.
