There are few more satisfying red wine styles than rich, warming Australian Shiraz. Willy Willy has been a huge customer favourite for two decades and the new vintage is a belter.

It’s made by Bob Berton, one of our oldest friends Down Under. Normally Bob pours customers a glass of the new vintage at our annual London show. Sadly not possible this year, but we’re sure the deal – and wine – will raise a smile.

The name also raises the occasional eyebrow. It’s actually an Aussie term for the ‘whirly whirly’ mini tornadoes that occasionally dance through the vineyards. The bright new label is based on artwork inspired by this phenomenon.

Deep purple colour and aromas of spiced plum, blackcurrant and vanilla. Rich and ripe with opulent black fruit flavours and a twist of pepper. Powerfully smooth, rich and warming.
