We’ll guarantee you a 20% discount on the individual bottle prices that make up your case. The beauty of Subscribe & Save is that this discount will apply to any wines you choose to add or swap into your subscription case.
You’ll start on a case every 12 weeks but thereafter the frequency is entirely up to you. More often or less often - make the changes online.
Yes, you will be advised by email shortly before your case is due for delivery.
You can push your next delivery date back as often as necessary. It’s quick and simple to do online.
It’s simple to do. You can swap wines online in the Subscriptions section of My Account. You can change individual wines, add more, take some out (there is a minimum of 6 bottles though) or even change the whole subscription to a different one if you like.
We’ll use the same card you purchased your first case with. This will be charged shortly before despatch.
You can end your subscription at any time by calling 03330 148 200. You are in total control.
All we ask is that you try the wines in your introductory case before you decide if you want to continue. After that, you can cancel any time. You don’t have to take another case.
We’ll leave the wine in a safe place and put a card through your door.
