Q: Can I buy wine without using my funds?
A: Yes. You will get your benefits on every order you place online or over the phone. You even get benefits on our wine plan cases.
Q: How will I be charged?
A: Every 4 weeks we will charge your original credit/debit card (the one used when you signed up).

Q: Will you send me wine automatically?
A: No. Wine Rewards allows you to order when you want to. You are in control.
Q: Can I change how much I save each month?
A: Yes. Our team can change your monthly payment straight away. You can even top-up with one off amounts.
Q: What happens to my credit if I cancel Wine Rewards?
A: Your credit can still be redeemed on anything in our range if you cancel. Of course, if you prefer a refund we can arrange that for you.
Q: How do I know how much I have saved?
A: Each month, we will send you a statement advising you of your current balance.
Q: When can I take advantage of my benefits?
A: As soon as you have joined! Any eligible order you place will include your free bottle and free p&p. You can spend your credit as soon as it has been deposited.
